Sharon Hyland – AHA Automation Specialist/Company Liaison

“Automation Efficiency” has become an essential component for success for all agents today. Sharon works with each AHA member to set up and develop all of the agency’s automated processes. Additionally, Sharon oversees the primary relationship with all AHA carriers. In particular, she works with the members as respects their “Production & Loss” results with each carrier.

Heather McDuffie & Kimberley Cerami – Member Services Specialist/Access Plus

Heather and Kimberley serve each AHA member as their “go to” person for all interactions with AHA. In particular, Heather and Kimberley work with their assigned AHA members to develop a “plan of action” to both grow and develop their agencies. As “Member Services Specialist”, both Heather and Kimberley visit their agent’s on a regular basis to insure that all AHA members are maximizing the total resources available to AHA members.

Heather and Kimberley also handle the “Access Plus” business that flows through the AHA office. Heather handles Personal Lines, Kimberley, Commercial.
