2008 Filled With Exciting Activities

2008 is underway and I want to officially welcome all AHA members, as well as our Strategic Company Partners, to the NEW & IMPROVED AHA website!!

We live in an age where “information exchange” is no longer a casual luxury. Our industry is changing faster than ever before, so it is imperative that we “keep the conversation current” in all that we do within the AHA network. Staying “ahead of the curve” with our information and technology will enable AHA to stay on the “leading edge” of our industry.

Our new site will feature this ongoing BLOG which will enable us to communicate to you all pertinent industry information on a “real time” basis. The quicker we, as a network, can react to opportunities, the stronger we all will become.

Our new site also has built in MICRO SITES for each of the AHA members. Through a simple link, people can access your agency’s HOME PAGE through the AHA site. This is a built in feature of our new site and there is no charge to you as an AHA member. We will be contacting all of you about filling out the content for your customized page on the site.

We have already scheduled several key events for the 2008 AHA calendar.

On March 19, 20, & 21, AHA will sponsor the DYNAMICS OF SELLING program for its members. TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY has agreed to sponsor this event which will be held at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. If you have not yet signed up for this event, please call the AHA office to do so.

TRAVELERS is also putting on 3 workshops for Agency Owners & Principals to be held in April. The dates are April 1, 15 and 29. The workshops will be held at the AHA offices in Louisville.

Last, but not least, AHA will celebrate its 10th Anniversary by holding its Annual “Show Me the Money” meeting at historic Churchill Downs. The meeting will be held the morning of May 7th with lunch and a “Day at the Races” to follow in the afternoon.

AHA is focused in 2008 to move our network to the NEXT LEVEL in all phases of our development. We hope each of you is ready to do the same thing with your agency. It is going to be an exciting year all around!!

Our Motto for 2008…”Keep the Conversation CURRENT”!!!
